As a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton’s San Diego office, Jeff Kibben has 30 years of professional experience, including 20 years in program, acquisition, engineering management, and technical support services for the Navy’s Acquisition authorities for command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) and IT who support Naval, Joint, allied, and coalition warfighters. Principal clients include the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Command, its Systems Centers, and supported Program Executive Offices. Before joining Booz Allen, Mr. Kibben served nearly 7 years as a U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer, serving both afloat and ashore. He participated in amphibious operations and exercises in the Atlantic theater and in the Mediterranean, where he led intelligence and Indications and Warning watch organizations for major afloat staffs; conducted air operations planning and execution; and supported arms coordination and targeting. While ashore, he provided near-real-time analysis and dissemination of all-source surveillance and threat information to operational forces in the Atlantic theater and National Command Authority as a staff member of the Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Atlantic Command and Atlantic Fleet. He also worked as a consultant at the U.S. Customs Services and as principal of a firm engaged in international trade initiatives. Mr. Kibben serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Navy Memorial and is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Navy League. He graduated from Hope College, where he received a B.A. degree in political science.
