Former EVP of refining, and a member of the executive committee of Phillips 66
Ziemba served as EVP of refining, and a member of the executive committee of Phillips 66 from 2012 until his retirement at the end of 2017. Previously, he served in various downstream positions with ConocoPhillips, including most recently as president of global refining and a member of the executive committee.
