Arthur B. Krause has served as our director since June of 2003. Employment Experience: Mr. Krause retired in 2002 as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sprint Corporation, a global communications company, after serving in that position since 1988. Directorships: Mr. Krause is a director, chairman of the audit committees and a member of the compensation committees for Inergy GP, LLC, and Inergy Holdings GP, LLC, affiliated companies of a propane gas marketing and distribution business located in Kansas City, Missouri.
