Clark was chief information officer at Estee Lauder from 2012 until her retirement in 2017. Previously, she was SVP and chief information officer for Hasbro and chief technology officer at Mattel. She began her business career at Apple Computer after serving for 13 years in the United States Navy, specializing in advanced cryptology for the National Security Agency.
