Gale has in-depth knowledge of bank supervision and regulations, failing-bank resolution processes, and receivership procedures. She served as Deputy Regional Director-Risk Management of the Atlanta Region of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. during a time of significant upheaval in the banking industry, particularly for that geographic area. As a Senior Examiner/Assistant Regional Director at the FDIC, Gale examined community, regional, and large financial institutions, providing her with a broad base of knowledge and understanding of examination procedures and protocols and helping clients navigate regulatory situations and develop constructive responses to regulators.
