David J. Neithercut has been a Trustee and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1, 2006 and President of the Company since May 2005. He was Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy of the Company since January 2004. Mr. Neithercut was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from February 1995 to August 2004. Mr. Neithercut is on the Board of Governors of NAREIT and the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Mr. Neithercut is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
