JOHN P. IMLAY, JR. Mr. Imlay has served as a Director of IMS since June 1998. Mr. Imlay has been Chairman of Imlay Investments, an Atlanta-based private venture capital investment firm, since 1990. From January 1990 until November 1996, Mr. Imlay was Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc., a software company, and he served as Principal Executive Officer of Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc. from January 1990 to January 1993 and as President of that company from January 1990 until March 1992.
