Prior to that, Mr. Vig was a Director in the Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco where he advised a broad range of growth and large cap technology companies on merger, acquisition and public/private financing transactions. Prior to his time at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Vig was a Manager in Price Waterhouse's Shareholder Value Consulting group, and he began his career in Arthur Andersen's Financial Markets/Capital Markets group. He currently serves on the Board of Dialogic and is on the Los Angeles Advisory Board of the Posse Foundation, a non-profit organization that identifies recruits and trains student leaders from public high schools for enrollment at top-tier universities.
