Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is a community choice energy agency that partners with locally elected leaders to deliver affordable, reliable, and low-carbon electricity across Southern California. Serving 38 communities in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, CPA offers multiple clean energy options designed to meet diverse community needs while supporting climate goals. Governed by a board of local elected officials and advised by a Community Advisory Committee, CPA emphasizes local accountability, customer advocacy, and transparency. Led by CEO Ted Bardacke, its experienced staff develops programs that expand access to renewable energy while keeping rates competitive and aligned with community values.
