Oceanix

Cofounded by career diplomat Itai Madamombe, and Marc Collins Chen, a businessman with ties to the Seasteading Institute, Oceanix is a "bluetech" company involved in making "sustainable" floating habitats. Their first endeavor involves building multiple floating neighborhoods in Busan Korea which will break ground in 2026.
