On August 16, 2007, Quaker Fabric Corp., alongwith its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in Wilmington. The plan was later approved as Chapter 11 liquidation on August 27, 2008.
