The project is controlled by one of their daughter foundation – “Foundation - on the value of education”, supported by the Polish Ministry of Education and financed by “ PKZ investments”. The company owning “Cisowianka” one of the biggest producer of drinking water in central-eastern Europe. The owner of the company is known for being an ultra-conservative person.
