This organization increases the supply of affordable places to live, preserves affordable homes and protects public investment, protects mobilehome and manufactured home owners, protects human health through building standards, plans various types of housing, creates housing solutions through policy and research. They also administer programs which supply grants and loans for rental and ownership opportunities to California Residents.
