CHANGING DIRECTIONS Sometimes halfway through engineering a product we realize that there is a better way. There’s no way around it. An idea that seemed good at the time looks mediocre now. At VOLTech we are not afraid to say “Wait, stop. I see a better way to do this.” We make mistakes all the time. We embrace those mistakes. We learn from them and we try to continuously improve.
