The Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre at the University of Cambridge Project: Leaders in Teaching Amount: $4.4 Million Countries: Rwanda Laterite uses data, research, and technical advice to help clients understand and analyze development challenges. The Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre at the University of Cambridge generates policy-relevant evidence to strengthen education in low-income settings, with the most disadvantaged populations. As Leaders in Teaching learning partners, Laterite and the REAL Centre aim to develop evidence of improved teacher performance and student learning, particularly for those who are most at risk. This evidence will be used to improve the initiative and provide lessons for other contexts. www.laterite.com www.educ.cam.ac.uk/centres/real/ Related Initiatives: Leaders in Teaching
