What is a learning path? A learning path is a flexible collection of learning goals that you need to complete for example to learn a new skill, advance into next job position or get onboarded to your job. When you complete a learning path, you will be awarded a badge and a certificate for completing the learning path. Learning paths can be used to build learning plans and broader curriculums. Examples of learning goals inside a learning path: self-paced learning modules (or lessons), videos, webinars, classroom training, assignments, and so on. What is xAPI? The Experience API (xAPI) is a learning specification, used to collect and stream variety user actions from a wide range of digital touchpoints. In other words, using xAPI gives you the ability to track learning; how it impacts employees performance and how the learning process can be connected to real business outcomes.
