A firm like no other. Our story, like so many, begins with an opportunity. In our case, it was the belief Dr. John Kotter held that if more people were better leaders, the benefits would be endless. We could change the world. So, almost a decade ago, we set out to make it come true. We audaciously started as a team of five and now have powerhouse people located across the United States and Europe. We practice what we preach, applying the fullness of Dr. Kotter’s robust and continuing thought leadership in organizational transformation. We challenge ourselves like we challenge our clients – stubborn in the belief that so much more is possible. We know what change feels like; both the exhilaration of daring to try to build something that doesn’t yet exist and the discomfort and uncertainty of discovering where to begin.
