Lifelong journeys in technology begin at Creating IT Futures. As the leading charity of CompTIA, the world’s largest IT industry association, Creating IT Futures opens doors to the possibilities in technology. Every day we provide opportunities for youth and adults to learn, grow and thrive as technologists of the future. We create on-ramps for people to prepare for, secure and succeed in IT careers. We particularly encourage an IT path for populations that traditionally have been under-represented in the information technology workforce, such as women, people of color and veterans. Founded in 1998, Creating IT Futures is registered as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with the Internal Revenue Service. Thanks to the invaluable support of our partners, we have proven programs for all age groups so that everyone can realize there is a future for them in technology. We also are placing people in family-sustaining work – and solving many of the problems facing our charitable system.
