Headquartered in New York City, Structure Tone develops commercial and corporate properties, providing general contracting, construction management and project management services. Lou Marino and Patrick Donaghy founded Structure Tone in 1971; today their families own the company. Structure Tone serves the financial and commercial industries, as well as the academic, mission critical, retail, science and technology, hospitality, healthcare, residential, law, and government sectors.
