Luby’s Inc is a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Luby’s is headquartered in Houston, Texas and operates almost 200 restaurants and over 50 franchises all over the country and certain international locations under the brands of Luby’s, Fuddruckers and Cheeseburger in Paradise.
