The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF)

The Prem Rawat Foundation, created in 2001, carries out two broad programs 1) Message of Peace and 2) Humanitarian Aid Grants. The Message of Peace Program includes Global Peace Initiatives and the Peace Education Program. The Humanitarian Grants Program includes the Food for People projects and other grants for food, water, and humanitarian needs. The Prem Rawat Foundation is a California not-for-profit public benefit corporation with a tax exempt 501(c)(3) status granted by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Most of the Foundation’s staff, including the Board of Directors, are volunteers. In 2011, administration and fundraising costs were only 15% of total expenses. 100% of donations designated by a donor for a specific program are allocated exclusively to that program.
