Mark F Dalton

Mr. Mark F. Dalton is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Second Management LLC. He also serves as the President and Vice Chairman at Tudor Investment Corp. and its affiliates since 1988. Mr. Dalton is the sole General Partner at D.F. Partners. From 1979 until 1988, he served in various senior management positions at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc., including that of the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dalton has been a Director at Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 1990 and is the Chairman of Nominating, Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees. He is also a Director at Cathay Investment Fund Limited and certain non-for-profit educational and charitable organizations. Mr. Dalton serves as a Director at several private companies as well as a closed-end investment fund listed on the Dublin Stock Exchange. He is a Member of Advisory Board at Shah Capital Partners, LP. Mr. Dalton received a B.A. from Denison University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
