Tracey Travis

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, a designer, marketer and distributor of apparel, home and fragrance products, since 2005. From April 2002 to August 2004, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Limited Brands, Inc. From April 2001 to April 2002, Ms. Travis served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Intimate Brands, Inc. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Beverage Can Americas group of American National Can, from 1999 to 2001. She held various management positions at PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Group from 1989 to 1999. Since 1983, she started her career as an Engineer and Financial Analyst at General Motors working on new product ventures in Asia and Latin America. She has been a Director of Campbell Soup Company since November 2010. She served as a Director of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. from 2003 to March 18, 2011. Ms. Travis earned an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from Columbia University.
