Born: Staten Island, New York June 3, 1967 Mark E. Russo is President of Russo Picciurro Maloy (RPM) Insurance Agency located at 1000 South Avenue Staten Island, New York 10314. RPM is Staten Island’s largest and oldest Independent Insurance Agency established in 1886. Mark joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1994. Mark manages company relations as well as the sales, marketing and advertising for the firm. Mark was named The Young Agent of the Year for New York State in 2004. He is licensed as an insurance broker in New York and New Jersey. Civic Affiliations Mr. Russo served as President of the South Shore Kiwanis Club in 1994-95 and 1996-97 receiving Distinguished President status in the 1994-95 term; he is the currently on the Board of Directors. Past Distinguished Lt. Governor for the Metropolitan Division of Kiwanis International. Chairman of the Board of Directors for Kids Against Cancer, Inc. Chairman of the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels, Staten Island, Inc. Mr. Russo also serves as a volunteer driver. Chairman of Friends of Abandoned Cemeteries of Staten Island. Executive Board member of the Staten Island Zoo. Past Honorary Chair to the Greenbelt Conservancy Annual Gala. Chairman of The Richmond County Fair 2005, 2006 and 2007.
