Ms. Reynolds has been Worldwide Controller of Amazon.com Inc., since February 2006. She served as Vice President of Finance at Amazon.com Inc., from March 21, 2007 to April 2007. Prior to joining Amazon.com, Ms. Reynolds was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP since 1998. She has been a Director of Audible Inc. since March 11, 2008. Ms. Reynolds received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, where she currently serves on the advisory board.
