Mrs. Catherine R. Kinney, also known as Cathy, served as the President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Nyse Group, Inc. since March 7, 2006. Mrs. Kinney served as the Group Executive Vice President of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC from 2007 to March 2009. Mrs. Kinney served as Head of Global Listings of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC, from April 2007 to March 2009. Mrs. Kinney served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC from January 1, 2002 to 2007. Mrs. Kinney served as Group Executive Vice President of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC since 1995 and from 2007 to March 2009 and oversaw its competitive position and relationships with listed companies, member firms and institutions as well as Exchange Traded Funds and Fixed Income divisions. She was President of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC from January 2002 to 2008. Mrs. Kinney was responsible for overseeing the global listing program and the marketing and branding efforts of NYSE Euronext in Paris, France from July 2007 to 2009. She served as the Executive Chairman and Co-President of NYSE from January 1, 2002 to 2008. She served as Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Euronext Holdings, LLC Since 1986, she had been responsible for managing trading-floor operations and technology. She joined NYSE in 1974 and worked in several departments, including regulation, sales and marketing, and technology planning. She has been a Director of NetSuite Inc., since March 2009. She has been a Director at MetLife, Inc. since March 2009. She serves as Director of Quality Technology Services, LLC. She serves as Director of New York City Ballet, Inc. and Sharegift. She has been an Independent Director at QTS Realty Trust, Inc. since August 2013. She serves as a Director of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. She has been an Independent Director of MSCI Inc. since September 8, 2009. Mrs. Kinney served as a Director of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from 2003 to 2007 and served as a Director of its subsidiaries. She served as a Director of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., a subsidiary of MetLife, Inc. from February 2002 to March 23, 2003. She was Director of Georgetown University from 2005 to 2011. She serves as a Director of Iona College and is a Member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, Junior Achievement of New York, U.S. India Business Council, Catholic Charities and New York Stock Exchange Foundation. She is a member of the Economic Club of New York. She holds Bachelor's Degree Magna Cum Laude from Iona College and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
