Steven L Gerard

Steven L. Gerard, also known as Steve, served as the Chief Executive Officer at CBIZ, Inc. from October 12, 2000 to March 2016 and has been its Chairman since October 10, 2002. Mr. Gerard served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Great Point Capital, Inc. from July 1997 to October 2000. From September 1992 to July 1997, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Triangle Wire & Cable, Inc. From April 1992 to May 1992, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mountleigh Group PLC. From July 1990 to April 1992, Mr. Gerard served as Senior Managing Director at Citibank, N.A. From August 1987 to July 1990, he served as Division Executive for the National Corporate Finance Division of Citibank. Prior thereto, he served as the Senior Corporate Workout Officer in the Institutional Recovery Management Division of Citibank. He has been a Director of Joy Global Inc. since 2001 and DeepTech International Inc. since August 1992. He has been an Independent Director of Lennar Corp. since May 3, 2000. He has been a Director of Timco Aviation Services Inc. (formerly, Aviation Sales Co.) since September 2000 and Las Vegas Sands Corp. since July 15, 2014. He serves on the Boards of Directors of The Fairchild Company Inc. He served as a Director of Banner Aerospace, Inc. Mr. Gerard served as a Director of U.S. Home Corporation since 1993. He served as a Director of Fairchild Corp. from 1999 to July 13, 2006.
