Ryan Kerrigan

Ryan Kerrigan is Managing Director of Kerrigan Advisors, where he oversees strategic consulting, capital raising and private equity/family office investor relations in addition to US buy/sell transaction work. Prior to joining Kerrigan Advisors, he served in CEO roles in the construction, engineering and environmental sectors through Kerrigan Industries, his family’s private equity company. Ryan also served as Managing Director at Serent Capital, a $250M private equity fund investing in middle market companies. Prior, he served as General Manager of the family’s auto dealership. Ryan began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Ryan has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Masters degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance. Ryan lives in Incline Village, Nevada with his wife and business partner, Erin Kerrigan, and their three children.
