She is responsible for the design, administration and financing for all benefit programs for 14,000 domestic employees and 800 foreign employees, and for the operation of the child development center at Fox. Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in the benefits field, having worked in various benefits-related capacities for Whittaker Corporation, American Honda, Teledyne and Pacific Mutual. Prior to this, Lynn taught high school English and mathematics. Lynn has a B.S. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of the UCLA Attorney Assistant Program. She was appointed by Congress to serve as a delegate to the first and second National Summits on Retirement Savings in 1998 and the 2002. She is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Health and Employee Benefits Committee and the chairperson for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Qualified Plan Committee. In 2004, Lynn was appointed to a three-year term as a member of the Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans to the Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration. She also is on the Board of Governors of Century City Doctor's Hospital, the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Society Board and the Board of Directors of PAWS/LA. Lynn served as Chairperson for the CDC's Business/Labor Responds to AIDS Partnership from 1999 to 2001 and is currently co-chair of their Strategic Planning and Policy Committee.
