Freedom First PAC will be co-chaired by William H. Strong, the Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley. Bill has been co-chief executives for the Asia-Pacific region of Morgan Stanley since March 2011. Mr. Strong serves as Chairman of the Board of Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association. Mr. Strong serves as Vice Chairman of investment banking and head of the US Midwestern region of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, has been engaged in developing solutions to solve complex and difficult client problems for more than 30 years across more than 20 countries. In 2006, President George W. Bush appointed Trustee Strong for a three-year term to the Board of Visitors of The United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. The Department of Defense called upon his expertise in 2008, asking him to organize and lead an economic mission to Iraq, where he conferred with leading Iraqi and U.S. officials about approaches to accelerate investments in Iraq by Western companies. He has been a Trustee at Indiana University, Bloomington since 2010. He served as a Trustee of the Newseum Inc., a museum in Washington, D.C. dedicated to celebrating the First Amendment to the US Constitution; a Life Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and he has played an active role in fund-raising at Colgate University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Purdue University and earned an MBA from Northwestern University.
