Chairman of the Board of Directors of Apollo Investment Corporation (the “Corporation”). Mr. Hannan became a Director of the Corporation in March 2004 and was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors in August 2006. Mr. Hannan has served on Apollo Investment Management’s investment committee since February 2006. Mr. Hannan, a senior partner of Apollo Management, L.P., co-founded Apollo Management, L.P. in 1990.
