Responsibilities Marc is Managing Principal of the Philadelphia region. Marc manages the delivery of Aon’s services and resources to a wide range of Fortune 500 clients. He works with global businesses in the design, development and implementation of new risk financing and balance sheet management strategies. Experience Marc joined a predecessor company of Aon in 1985 as a Senior Account Executive in the Risk Management Practice. Since that time he has worked in a variety of roles at Aon including Head of U.S. Sales and Marketing. Marc started his insurance career in 1980 as an Account Manager with a large direct writer and then spent five years with a National Third-Party Administrator developing self-insured programs for large organizations in both the public and private sectors. Education Marc earned a B.B.A. from Temple University andhas done graduate work in Finance and Risk Management. Marc has completed the Executive Management Programme at INSEAD, Fountainbleau France and the Global Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Marc is on the Executive Committee, Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Philadelphia; is on the Finance Committee, Board of Trustees for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Pension Plan, is on the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Delaware County, is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and is on the Chairman’s Advisory Board of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
