Eric Ortner is a Producer and Manager at The Ortner Group and is the Principal Partner of Vector OMG, a division of Live Nation Entertainment. He was a key advisor and strategist for the Obama re-election campaign in 2012, and is currently the chair of the Entertainment Advisory Council to the White House Office of Public Engagement. Mr. Ortner is also a Board Member for The Global Poverty Project, the leading NGO for the U.N. 2030 goals to eradicate extreme global poverty, and produces The Global Citizen Festivals. He has previously served as a Senior Producer for ABC News "Good Morning America", "20/20", “Primetime" and non-scripted programming. Mr. Ortner was also a Producer for NBC News and the “Today” show, and an editorial executive at CBS. He served as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician in New York, and received commendations for his service during the attacks on The World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
