J Michael Cook

J. Michael Cook has served as a director since November 2002. From 2001 until 2002, Mr. Cook served as a director of AT&T Corp. Mr. Cook is a director of Eli Lilly & Company and International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. Mr. Cook is also a member of the advisory board of the Securities Regulation Institute, Chairman Emeritus of the board of Catalyst, Chairman of the Accountability Advisory Panel to the Comptroller General of the United States, a member of the Advisory Council of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and a member of the advisory board of the Graduate School of the University of Florida.
