Michael B Sadoff

Michael Sadoff is an experienced transactional lawyer who advises owners, developers, builders, borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants in a full spectrum of complex commercial real estate transactions. He also serves as a legal counselor in a wide range of corporate, partnership and general commericial matters. Michael is a past Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and a former member of the Management Committee.
