Uzi Zucker

Zucker has been a director of Carnival since July 1987. Mr. Zucker joined Bear, Stearns & Co. in 1967 and was a Limited Partner until 1982 and has been a General Partner thereafter. Mr. Zucker has been a Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. ("Bear, Stearns") since 1985. He is a director of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc., Conair Corporation, Jerusalem Economic Corporation Ltd., Alliance Tire Company Ltd., Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd., TNUPort Ltd. and Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
