Leo Apotheker

Mr. Leo Apotheker has been the Managing Partner and co-founder of efficiency capital SAS, a growth capital advisory firm, since 2012. Mr. Apotheker served as the President of Hewlett-Packard Company from November 1, 2010 to September 22, 2011 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until September 22, 2011. Mr. Apotheker served as the President of Global Field Operations and Customer Solutions and Operations of SAP AG and served as a Member of the Executive Board from 2002 to 2010. He was responsible for the activities of SAP's Global Field Operations. He served as Chief Executive Officer at SAP India Pvt. Ltd. until 2010. He joined SAP Aktiengesellschaft Systems Applications Products in Data in 1988. Prior to his recent appointment to these positions in March of 2002, he served as President of the Europe, Middle East, and Asia regions of SAP, since March of 2000. Prior to returning to SAP in 1995, Mr. Apotheker served as Managing Partner of ABP Partners Mr. Apotheker served in various positions including Senior Controller of Finance Department - Hebrew University from 1978 to 1980, Operations Director at Altex GmbH from 1980 to 1981, Finance Manager - S.W.F.T. s.c from 1981 to 1984, European Operations Director - Mc Cormack & Dodge from 1984 to 1987, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SAP France S.A. and Belgium from 1988 to 1991, Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer de ECSoft BV from 1991 to 1995, Chairman, France from 1995 to 1997, Chief Executive Officer- South West Europe from 1997 to 1998, Chairman EMEA (except Germany) from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Apotheker serves as a Member of the Executive Board of SAP America Inc., SAP Global Marketing Inc., SAP Asia Pte. Ltd., SAP Japan Co. Ltd., SAP France S.A, S.A.P. He served as a Director of GT Nexus, Inc. since April 2010. He served as the Member of the Executive Board of SAP Systems Integration AG until April 30, 2003. He has been the Member of the Extended Management Board of SAP AG April 2002 and Chairman of Global Field Operations of SAP AG since July 2002. He has been a Director of NICE Systems Ltd. since August 27, 2013. Mr. Apotheker has been a Member of Supervisory Board at Groupe Steria SCA since March 2012. He has been a Director of Hewlett-Packard Company since November 1, 2010. He is a business economist. Mr. Apotheker graduated with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations and an M.A. in Business Administration from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
