Peter A Bassi

Mr. Bassi is retired. From 1997 through 2004, he served as an officer, and ultimately Chairman, of Yum! Restaurants International, a division of Yum! Brands, Inc., that operates restaurants under the KFC, Long John Silver's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W Restaurant and other brands. Mr. Bassi serves a director of BJ's restaurants, Inc.
