Franklin Antonio

Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at QUALCOMM, Inc. He has been as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the company since July 1996, a Senior Vice President of Engineering from September 1992 to July 1996, and a Vice President of Engineering from August 1985 to September 1992. Mr. Antonio served as its Director from August 1985 until February 1989. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Vice President of Engineering of M/ A-COM LINKABIT, where he held various technical and management positions from May 1972 to July 1985. Mr. Antonio is a Member of Advisory Committee of QUALCOMM Ventures. He holds a B.A. in Applied Physics and Information Science from the University of California, San Diego.
