E&J Gallo Winery

Ernest and Julio Gallo started E&J Gallo Winery in 1933. Julio, who died in 1993, was in charge of making the wine, and Ernest was in charge of selling it. Ernest remains chairman of the company. Gallo wines include Turning Leaf, Twin Valley, Single Vineyard, Red Bicyclette and Ecco Domani. The company has four wineries in California.
