Financial Consultant and Retired Vice Chairman and age 59. President of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Lenehan served as President of Johnson & Johnson from 2002 until June 2004 and retired after 28 years of service; Vice Chairman of Johnson & Johnson from August 2000 until June 2004; Worldwide Chairman of Johnson & Johnson's Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group from 1999 until he became Vice Chairman of the Board; and was previously Worldwide Chairman, Consumer Pharmaceuticals & Professional Group. Mr. Lenehan has been a financial consultant since October 2004.
