Peter S Brown

Peter Brown is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Arrow Electronics, Inc. Brown heads the Arrow Law Department, which encompasses Europe, Asia and North America, and acts as a legal advisor to the Arrow Board of Directors on corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Arrow in 2001, Brown served for 15 years as the head partner in the London office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. While in London, Brown represented Arrow in connection with the numerous acquisitions that the company made in Europe. Brown holds a bachelor's degree from Drew University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
