Mr. Sica is also a Director of CSG Systems International, an account management and billing software company for communication industries, JetBlue Airways Corporation, a commercial airline, and NorthStar Realty Finance Corporation, a real estate finance company. He received an M.B.A. degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 1979 and a B.A. degree in Biology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut in 1973. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
