Notes Prior to joining ClimateWorks in 2008, Mark Burget spent 16 years in a variety of leadership roles at The Nature Conservancy, including director of the Colorado program, director of the global priorities group, and director of the California program. Most recently, he was chief conservation programs officer and led The Nature Conservancy’s worldwide field programs. Mr. Burget earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia and his B.A. in government from Dartmouth College.
