Hemenway provided the following comment on his new role:
“I look forward to rejoining colleagues from the Presidential Personnel Office, and many others from the Project 2025 Advisory Board, to plan out the most effective staffing operation ever conceived in order to rein in the federal government. The bureaucracy in Washington, D.C., has grown excessively beyond the vision of our Founding Fathers and has been dangerously weaponized against patriotic Americans. Our mission is to rectify that. Project 2025 will reduce the size and scope of the federal government, end this weaponization, and ensure that the next conservative president can defeat the inevitable resistance of the deep state. The road ahead will not be smooth, but we are uniquely prepared to take on this task.” |
