World Central Kitchen
Related and Chef José Andrés’ global organization, World Central Kitchen (WCK), partnered to feed the heroic healthcare
workers and emergency responders at the Javits Center’s temporary field hospital, USNS Comfort at Pier 90, and other
locations on Manhattan’s West Side.
To support those working to address the current pandemic, the WCK outpost was established within 55 Hudson Yards
where WCK’s Chef Relief Team, Related volunteers, and Hudson Yards’ restaurant staff are dedicated to providing free
meals every day for healthcare workers, soldiers, police officers, EMTs, and support staff.
In partnership with Related, WCK uses the power of food to build resilient communities and to strengthen economies.
Related and Wells Fargo started this initiative by contributing $1,000,000 to HYWWCK: Relief on the Hudson. The outpost
