Notes The U.S. Institute of Peace’s International Advisory Council (IAC) brings together thought leaders and senior policy experts committed to the Institute’s mission and activities. Members, who are former diplomats, corporate executives, and leaders in the field of conflict resolution, meet regularly to discuss ways to support the Institute’s mission to prevent, mitigate and resolve violent conflicts around the world by engaging directly in conflict zones and providing analysis, education and resources to those working for peace.
