Workforce Income Share Agreement Fund We are currently looking for students who are interested in learning more about our Income Share Agreement Fund, which offers courses through UC San Diego Extension with zero up-front cost to the student. These classes start each quarter. If you’re interested in any of these classes, please complete the interest form below. Our next certificates launch in January 2021 and the priority deadline for both the application and the assessment is Sunday, November 8, 2020, 11:59pm. Some of the classes that will be offered in January 2021 include: Business Intelligence Front-End Development Digital Marketing Stay in the loop and be the first to know when classes are starting. The San Diego Workforce Partnership is offering 9–12-month UC San Diego Extension certificate programs through the Workforce Income Share Agreement (ISA) Fund. We will also provide job coaching, mentorship and other support to help land a job in fast-growing technology occupations. The program costs nothing upfront. If you land a job making above $40,000 after you graduate, you will “pay it forward”—6–8% of your salary for a set period of time—to help the next group of San Diegans pursue their own career goals.
