Dear Charles,
We both agree that we need to bring together great minds to puzzle over what people need to know and be able to do, given the rapid changes in technology and the ever- changing human capital needs of societies across the globe. And finally, someone is stepping up to do exactly that: you. It really is the time Donne spoke about all those centuries ago: if we are involved in mankind, then no man is an island.
All education, industry, and labor ministries have a stake in this work. I will gladly serve on the board of directors of this Center.
