Developed and managed partnerships with 25 communications, technology, energy and professional services companies providing over 2,040 pro-bono service hours on six marketing, permitting process improvement, cost recovery, reading/literacy, and service efficiency projects in San Jose and Santa Clara
Worked across 10 city departments in the City of San Jose, Santa Clara and Fremont to successfully assess, scope, complete projects with partners that incorporate project monitoring and developing quality assurance metrics that report value and track project impact
